The Genesis

After having first met at UC Berkeley - Danish and Zargham have collectively consulted US companies for private and public capital markets, inorganic growth advisory, and crisis management - in various sectors: real estate, fintech, energy, and digital infrastructure - including as senior executives at a private family office in the United States.

Investigating and solving for problems faced by stakeholders and decision makers in complex restructure, reorganization and crisis management challenges, we witnessed how fundamental and strategic failures led to stunted growth and illiquidity.
