Zargham bin Aamer

Founding Partner

Zargham specializes in strategy, execution, and growth through real estate M&A and capital markets. As co-founder of CIEL, he leads the firm's end-to-end execution efforts, working closely with real estate operators, developers, and capital partners to drive capital formation, acquisitions, and institutional readiness. Zargham is the Founding Partner of CIEL and has extensive experience helping early-stage and growth-stage real estate companies navigate their M&A and capital markets goals.

His core responsibility at CIEL is to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of the growth objectives of partner companies.

Before launching CIEL, Zargham managed M&A and capital markets initiatives at a U.S.-based real estate and energy family office. He helped lead rollups and strategic acquisitions across $2B+ in real estate portfolios, including data centers, multifamily, and residential assets.

He supported M&A and capital markets readiness across mixed-use, development, and SFR portfolios to ensure execution at institutional standards. During this time, Zargham formulated and executed strategies to conduct acquisitions and rollups of $2B in real estate portfolios in the data center, multifamily, and residential sectors.

Zargham also spearheaded buy-side diligence for a nationwide SFR platform and advised on the securitization of real estate portfolios via blockchain infrastructure.

Prior to that, he founded BlockFort Capital, one of South Asia's first HNW-backed digital asset funds, delivering a return twice the performance of Bitcoin in the same period and advising multiple asset tokenization ventures.

Zargham earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, Zargham is a budding powerlifter, a longevity enthusiast, and has lived in four countries (and counting).
