Ron serves as an advisor to CIEL. He is the managing partner of Logan Law Firm LPC, which has a global client footprint. Ron's experience encompasses various private and public market transactions across numerous sectors, and he brings more than 40 years of experience in complex civil litigation.
During the 25 years leading up to 2000, Ron served as a law clerk to Vice-Chief Justice William A. Holohan of the Arizona Supreme Court and held senior executive and shareholder roles across several Arizona law firms, including Marks & Marks, Logan & Aguirre PC, Tiffany & Hoffman P.C. (now Tiffany & Bosco P.C.), Schaeffer and Logan PLC, and Logan & Geotas PLC.
Between 2001 and 2014, Ron was outside counsel for two offshore funds in Malaysia that invested in emerging U.S. technology and natural resources companies at the $1 million to $10 million level. He also represented the Arizona Small Business Association for more than 33 years and helped build it into the largest networking and educational organization for the business community in Arizona.
Ron earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is admitted to practice before the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the federal district courts for the District of Arizona and the Central District of California, and the trial and appellate courts of Arizona, and has appeared pro hac vice in the trial courts of California, Florida, and Washington.
